		<description>I made this over the weekend and it totally rocked!  I made a really small version, basically 1/3 of the recipe and it turned our just fine, I also left out the olive oil for a lighter dish.  Definitely good for the first time cabbage eater, even my veggie hating husband liked it.</description>
