		<description>About #48 (eel) and #50 (sea urchin) - these two are easy to find at a sushi bar.  Eel is really good in sushi (they cook it), but sea urchin tastes like you got knocked over by a wave at the beach, except chewy.  I almost threw up when I ate it.  Anyway, if you really want to try it, just order up some uni.</description>
