I just blogged a post about my kid&#039;s cooking class at the PSU Portland Farmer&#039;s Market this morning - we made hand rolled ice cream - sadly, the recipe isn&#039;t from a cookbook, so I&#039;ll have to scrounge around for another berry recipe for the weekend cookbook challenge. It&#039;s great to meet another Portland farmer&#039;s market enthusiast. The Hollywood market is great! Thanks for hosting this month!
