Christine: Thanks! Yeah, I liked the sauce a lot. The original had vanilla bean in it but since I more than halved the recipe for just thetwo of us, I didn&#039;t want to overly vanilla up the sauce so I just omitted the vanilla. 

The result was that it was not too sweet (I think I even used a little bit less than a full cup of sugar) and slightly tangy from the mustard.</description>
