		<description>This looks wonderful. I&#039;ve been toying with a squash soup idea with fried sage leaves.  Have you heard of  dredging them in flour or corn meal and egg before frying?  I haven&#039;t seen a recipe for that, but would like to try it.</description>

		<description>Oh, you should get them from her! Delicata squash are soooo good. You can use them wherever you&#039;d use butternut or acorn and I think they are much easier to work with in terms of chopping and peeling.

You could also add more than 1 to this soup. It&#039;s pretty loose in terms of recipe. Just cube, roast, simmer, blend. 2 squash + 1 sweet potato, all sweet potato, all squash...whatever :)</description>
