Sounds like a good recipe - I'm going to try this tomorrow after my yoga class. Yep, I just found this 4 years after the fact, but thank goodness for the internet. This just sounds like the most appealing flatbread recipe that I've found so far. I'm not fearful of baking with yeast, I'm just a lazy baker in general, so for the time being I'm looking for quick recipes. This seems to fit the bill.

I'm just like you when it comes to the whole yeast-making bread aversion (but Lordy, I do loves me some cheese), so you've really inspired me here.
I'm making both this bread and the lamb tonight.
Thanks so much!

Tanna: Thanks! (as always :)

From Our Kitchen: No. No one can resist!

Nancy: Hmmm, I have no idea. I am still astounded this worked so well for me and I know next to nothing about breadmaking. Maybe someoe else would know the answer to that question?

Mariko: I bet that would work. Gruyere is somewhat of a hard cheese and I bet the flavor would be great! Give it a try and let me know how it works! :)
