#1 I would think so...I don't sea (ha!) why not...
#2 Yeah, there's already so much going on that day, I don't have to worry about drying out bread and cubing it up.
#4 mmmm....cream cheese. But, wait, isn't half and half a dairy product? Can he only have 1 dairy product in one sitting? :)
#4 Mmmmm I haven't tried their cranberry sauce -- now I wanna! Mmmm...sweet potato streusel casserole! Please post that recipe at somepoint on your blog!!

PS: I love the side dishes!!

Awesome. I'm going to copy everything, almost.
#1 Can you use sea salt in the potatoes?
#2 I was having the same debate over making my own bread crumbs or using Pepperidge Farms. I'm with you, I think I'll do it that way.
#3 I am definitely using 1/2 and 1/2 in the mashed potatoes and wanted cream cheese too, but David is lactose intolerant. Rats.
#4 I am not having as many sides. However I'm making the America's Test Kitchen cranberry sauce and a sweet potato streusel casserole.
