
Ingredients:
1 cup of vanilla soy milk
2 green tea bags (regular green tea or fruit green tea — I used grapefruit green tea from Republic of Tea)
1 banana cut into a few pieces — toss in a baggie and drop off in the freezer for a half an hour or so (or up to a day ahead of time), so that the banana pieces are somewhere between nice and cold to actually frozen
1 cup frozen mango chunks
juice of one orange
honey

Simmer the soy milk, just when it starts to boil, turn off the heat and steep the tea bags for 5 minutes. This can be done ahead of time and placed in the fridge for later in the day, so it’s already chilled when you want to make a smoothie.
